At littleredbirdandco, we understand the importance of getting your custom-made knit products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner:

• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option is free for all orders made on our website. This method typically takes 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing and delivery.
• Expedited Shipping: If you need your order to arrive faster, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to discuss expedited shipping options and pricing.
• Local Pickup or Meet Up: For customers in Northeast Ohio, we also offer the option of local pickup or meet up. This allows you to skip the shipping process altogether and get your items directly from us. Please contact us to arrange a pickup or meet up.

Shipping Calculation

It's important to note that our shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order. We want to ensure that you are only paying for the shipping that is necessary for your specific items. When you proceed to checkout, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. This will allow you to easily track the progress of your package and know exactly when it will arrive at your doorstep.

Shipping Delays

We strive to get your orders out the door and to the post office within 7 business days. However, please be aware that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Due to current shipping times, there may be delays in the delivery of your package. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking the tracking number provided in your confirmation email for the most up-to-date information on your shipment.

If you are unhappy with your handmade gem:  My goal is to make the perfect gift/item from scratch and will provide updates throughout the entire process.  If you are unhappy with your item or have any issues with it, I will provide a full refund after 14 days of receiving your item.  

If you would like to exchange/need something fixed, reach out to me so we can set up a local pickup or shipping label to make it right.  I will fix things and exchange things within 30 days of receiving the item.
